The only information that we require is a Pseudo Name and any email address for communication and verification purposes. Please keep in mind that if you utilize a payment method such as PayPal or Stripe your privacy will be severely impacted.

How does domain registration by proxy work?

Our domain registration by proxy service is very simple. You select the available domain that you would like for us to register upon which we use one of our preferred registrars to register the domain with our company information for a slight premium. We can then point the domain to any nameservers you wish (such as Cloudflare) and you will be able to control the DNS from there. All domain ownership is documented internally and you can request to transfer the domain at any time (providing that it’s not locked from transferring for something like being recently registered). 

Where can I report abuse?

All abuse emails can be sent to our email address. Abuse emails will be thoroughly reviewed by our team and our customers will be notified of any abuse reports as well as any actions taken.

Do you respond to legal requests?

We are in no way, shape or form what one would consider a ‘Bulletproof’ hosting provider. We review, fight, and respond to any and all legal requests where the law requires. We also share any such requests with our customers where the law permits.

Can I order a custom server?

It may be possible to configure a custom server depending on the location. Please reach out to the support team with the server specifications and location that you require.
